Spencer is the only realtor I know what will offer to finance your home with buyers, I couldn't believe that he would do this but sure enough we got a buyer that loved our house but didn't qualify for a regular mortgage so Spencer financed them so they could buy it and we sold it and closed it in 2 weeks, unbelievable!
